Glamorous Vickie is Victoria III remade at the mesh level to a more glamorous (natch!) shape. All standard Victoria III textures and morphs still work, and she has addittional JCM, perhaps she could be though of as Victoria 3 1/2! The free upgrade to version 2 gives her have her own stand-alone mesh (V3 still reqired for installation), making her a full-fledged figure, not a common character.
